This application allows you to use your android device as a remote control for your home controlling equipment supplied by RWE.
(This app is neither supported nor provided by RWE but was developed for personal use by a customer.)
The application does not work via the internet portal but directly connects to your central unit via your local network.
The app is provided as is. You can use it at your own risk. No liability is accepted regarding any damage that might be caused by using this application.
The application currently supports the following devices:
- Switches
- State variables
- Thermostats with temperature and humidity sensors
- Door and window sensors
It provides the following functionality:
- set username, password and hostname of the central unit in the preferences
- show all switches connected to the central unit
- show all state variables configured on the central unit
- show temperature, humidity and target temperature per room
- switch switches and/or state variables on and off
- change target temperature
- show state of door or window sensors
- optionally automatically activate wifi connection before and deactivate it after performing an action on the central unit
(if the wifi connection was already on before the action, this state will be preserved)
- optionally only show either switches or state variables
- optionally activate a filter out devices based on a prefix like _internal or based on room names
Support for Samsung Galaxy Windowed Mode (e.g. Galaxy Note 10.1)
